A Healthy Balanced Breakfast

This is one of my standard starts to the day. Its vegan, tasty, full of nutrition and gives me the energy I need to work and be a Mum. A breakfast I happily recommend as a Naturopath!

  • Pure Life Brand of Sprouted Essene Bread.
  • An organic nut spread, today I used Melrose Almond and Chia seed
  • Organic avocado, tomato, sunflower spouts and red kidney beans
  • Kim Chi, a mix of fermented vegetables that taste great and act as a probiotic for your digestive system.
