Now that the weather is heating up in Sydney my kids are all over the icy poles again! Luckily in our area many of the local shops stock the natural icypoles for when we are out and about instead of the ones full of artificial colours and flavours that send the little ones nuts! This combination of mango and coconut is a big winner in our house and makes me think of holidays and like all icy poles are sooo easy to make! There is no excuse to be buying packets!
- 3 ripe mangos
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 200ml of coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
Blend the ingredients in a blender. Put into icy-pole moulds and let set in the freezer for 4-6 hours. Enjoy!
